Your call times write themselves.
For EMTs and paramedics. Tap Start Call when you're dispatched. Run Sheet marks every time as you drive, gathers the patient's details in seconds, and has everything ready to copy into your PCR.

Tap once. That's the dispatch time.
Enter the address, or tap a highway exit or "flagged down". Run Sheet marks en route as soon as the truck moves and shows the distance and drive time with traffic.
Arrival is marked for you.
Every time is on screen, and one big button marks the next one if you ever need to. Big, glove-sized buttons throughout, made to use with one hand in a moving truck.
Scan it instead of writing it.
Scan a driver's license, insurance card, plate, medication bottles or a face sheet. Or dictate: vitals, allergies and medications are picked out of what you say, with a blood-thinner warning.
The right hospital, one tap away.
Hospitals sorted by drive time, with trauma, stroke and pediatric centers marked. Call the ER or navigate in one tap, read your ER report off the screen, and send it to your partner in the back.
Ready for your PCR.
Every time, mile and detail copies with one tap, or drags straight into your ePCR on iPad. Your call log, shifts and loaded miles are all kept for you.
Made for how EMS actually works
More than one agency
Ride with several squads? Each keeps its own base, numbers, call signs and logo. Switch in a tap; each call remembers which agency it was for.
Set up in one tap
A crewmate can share your agency's setup by AirDrop or a QR code. Listed agencies are offered when you arrive at their base.
Shifts, automatically
Arrive at base and it asks to clock you in. Leave between calls and it checks whether you're still on shift. Leaving on a call never counts.
Hands to the family
Hand the phone over and a simple form lets family fill in the patient's details while you work. Your other screens stay locked.
Protocols built in
New York State protocols are in the app and searchable, so the right page is a few taps away on scene.
iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch
On iPhone now. On iPad, it runs side by side with your ePCR. On Apple Watch, see the current signal and feel a tap each time it changes. iPad and Apple Watch are coming in the next update.
Patient data that never leaves the device.
Run Sheet is designed to support HIPAA compliance, with all data stored encrypted on-device. There's no server and no account, so patient information never reaches us, and your agency doesn't need a Business Associate Agreement to use it.

Encrypted at rest
Every call, patient, note, photo and scan is encrypted with AES-256. The key is made on the device and never leaves it, not even in a backup.
Destroyed on schedule
Patient details erase themselves after a set time (7 days by default, 12 hours on shared devices). Erase All Data destroys the key, so everything becomes unreadable instantly.
Access control
Face ID or passcode to see patients, automatic lock after a few minutes without use, and hidden while the screen is recorded or mirrored.
Audit trail
An encrypted, exportable log of unlocks, copies, shares, deletions and erasures. It never contains the patient information itself.
Nothing transmitted
No server, no analytics. Dictation and scanning run on the device. Copied text never syncs to other devices and clears itself in 5 minutes.
Built for agency deployment
Push settings to agency iPhones and iPads with your MDM and lock them: retention, auto-lock, sharing policy, shared-device mode and your agency's setup.
